Working with Yazmina was a great pleasure. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and have been continuously dissatisfied with the real estate agents involved. Yazmina changed it all. We were looking for a house for my retired parents from Russia. As first-time home buyers in the US, my parents had no understanding of how the US real estate market works and they had a lot of questions with regard to purchase of the house. Yazmina was very patient with my parents and she would always take the time to answer every question in great detail. She is very professional, intelligent, punctual, respectful and hard working. She started the process by creating a wish list for my parents to make sure that the future house meets all their criteria. She listened and understood what we all had to say. She was always well prepared for the showings with the detailed research handy. She understands the market very well and works tirelessly to produce positive results. Although my parents ended up not buying a house due to unexpected circumstances, we are thankful to Yazmina for making house shopping a positive and pleasant experience. There really is not enough that I could say about Yazmina. She worked extremely hard for us and did it with great professionalism. We ended up buying a house in Florida from New York thanks to her assistance and willingness to go the extra mile. We could not be any happier with her services and anyone looking for a realtor should reach out to her first. She was personable and professional, interested in the seller's best interest. The owner was in her 90's and Yazmina was particularly sensitive to her needs and concerns, persuading her to leave the property the date when the property was listed and assuring her that only Yazmina would have the key to the house and be with the potential buyers when the house was shown. The seller agreed to sell after the third buyer tendered an offer. Both buyer and seller were interested in a rapid closing. The buyer made an offer on November 11 and the house was closed on November 21! This was due in no small measure to Yazmina's ability to listen to the needs of both buyer and seller and also her ability to work with the title company to make it all happen in a relatively brief period of time.
