Yifan Zhang

Felicia joins the Friedman Team at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty equipped with a master’s degree in real estate finance from New York University and extensive experience in the real estate industry. Felicia is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese. She has resided in numerous countries including China, Hong Kong, Japan, UK, and Canada. Living on multiple continents enables Felicia to bring a global perspective, as well as an expanding international social network. Felicia’s passion for architecture and design has brought her to over sixty different countries. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Felicia worked as a Fixed-Income Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP in New York. She has also served the role of COO at a construction supply manufacturing specialty business. Additionally, Felicia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, bachelor’s degrees in accounting and international business from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant. Felicia currently resides with her husband and children in Great Neck Estates.
