Penny was born in China and moved to the USA in 2000. Initially she lived in Albuquerque, NM but fell in love with the evergreen Pacific Northwest. The lifestyle and multi-cultural environment of this area was a perfect fit for her.
Through the years, she has had different jobs that lead to where she is today. She started out as a Real Estate Finance Forecast and Budget for The Gap. After many years with them, she moved to the IT world as an Analyst and Developer. Her career the past 15 years enabled her to become a real estate Investor. Being an investor opened her eyes to what can happen with real estate investment and improvement. Her work increased her understanding of the finances related to real estate. She has found all of her experiences connect together like a puzzle, and she enjoyed following her path in real estate.
While comparing real estate companies to join as a Broker, she found that John L. Scott Real Estate provides great training opportunities and support to their Brokers. Everyone at John L. Scott has been tremendously nice and willing to assist. That initial impression has proven true many times throughout the years. Penny believes that happiness leads to a happy life and naturally makes a happy career. She also believes hard work leads to great results. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients reach their real estate goal no matter if the goal is to buy a home they love, buy an investment property, or sell their home/investment. She hopes all of her clients feel she is their friend, their advocate, and care about their needs. Penny wants them to be satisfied and happy with her service at the conclusion of each transaction. In the time she has been with John L. Scott, she has become an expert on local areas including Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, and surrounding cities.?
During her personal time, she enjoys attending Symphony orchestra concerts, painting, watching movies, listening to classical music, and going on international trips. When time is short, she will go on quick road trips with her family and meet her friends for fun. They love to play with their cat “Mattie,” as well.
