Yira Demorizi

At an early age, Yira realized her passion for helping people and her love for people guided her to a career in Customer Service. Yira continues to pursue her passion for helping people in the real estate industry. Yira's experience in working with people, as well as her extensive knowledge of interpreting, negotiating, and explaining contracts are an asset in helping customers and clients navigate through the challenges of all aspects of real estate. Her bi-lingual abilities in English and Spanish allow her to serve a larger network of people in the real estate industry. An award-winning agent, licensed in New Jersey since 2017, also licensed in Pennsylvania, Yira is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, New Jersey REALTORS, North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS, the New Jersey, Garden State and Bright Multiple Listing Services and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She has an intimate knowledge of communities throughout New Jersey. Yira was born and raised in the Dominican Republic where she obtained a Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). While in the Dominican Republic, she continued to become a Diplomat in Law and Legislation for Insurance. She also obtained a postgraduate degree in Senior Management. She resides in Bloomingdale with her three children.
