I was blessed with the HONOR of having Mrs. Yirayma Myers as my real estate agent.
She definitely goes above and beyond what is expected. I went though the NACA program and as frustrating and infuriating as it can be at times, she would encourage me to continue.I am a first time home owner and lacked a massive amount of knowledge but at anytime of day or night she would answer my calls/text right away, with an answer to my questions/concerns and if she didn't know at that moment she would find out ASAP. Working together for about 6months I believe we found the best home (New Construction) for me with a mortgage rate most wouldn't believe. She is a very knowledgeable, dependable and caring individual and it doesn't hurt that she has what seems to be endless connections. I usually do not write reviews but she definitely deserves a 5+ ⭐ rating!!!The help she gave me went beyond my closing date. Our interactions started off as a business relationship but now I feel like an extended family member. The advice and guidance she gave me was that of a big sister. If I purchase another home in the future I will definitely be using her again.

My family member referred me to Yirayma and I'm so glad he did! She cares about her clients in way that is unmatched.

I've never had someone work/fight so hard in my best interest as if she were accomplishing something for herself, personally. What a sweet and hard working woman!

Yirayma is, hands down, the best realtor there is. I have sent many of my family members to her.
She always ensures that her clients come out with the long end of the stick and on top. She is thoughtful and loves helping people. She helps from looking for a house, listing, making sure that the contract protects her client, negotiating, and much more.

Yirayma Myers is the best of the best. I went through two realtors who did not make me feel comfortable. Other agents have rushed me, and basically acted like they were working for the seller to convince me to buy quickly. When I got Yirayma, she took her time and gladly went above and beyond. She clearly is not in this for the money but because it is her passion. She also bought me a very beautiful house warming gift and she treated my family like they are hers. If you are looking for a passionate, ethical, patient, kind and thorough realtor, Yirayma is IT.

This was the best house buying experience we could have hoped for! Yirayma was there for us every step of the way, keeping us informed, staying on top of lenders and deadlines, and she went above and beyond her job description as a realtor. We could not have closed without her! Her knowledge of Jacksonville was a huge help, she guided us through this process seamlessly. She is a gem and a treasure! I would never recommend anyone other than Yirayma!!
