Yitzy Pearson

Yitzchok “Yitzy” Pearson has been a licensed real estate professional since 2002. He has worked as a salesperson under various brokers since obtaining his license in September 2002. In November 2005, he became a broker and has been licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate (license #01352485) ever since. Yitzy owns and operates Pearson Management, a property management company, which was founded in 2004. By law only a licensed real estate broker is permitted to manage residential and commercial properties. As a property manager and broker, Yitzy is familiar with the management of income producing properties, including typical rent amounts, typical annual increases in rents and profits, maintenance costs, expenses, geographical considerations, value of different sized units as well as other profit considerations.

Yitzy also owns Pearson Affiliated, Inc, a residential and commercial real estate sales firm. He has negotiated many large residential and commercial sales and leases across Los Angeles. He has owned and operated United Financial Center, a mortgage company, which provided conventional and hard money loans directly to consumers. He is currently a partner at Paradigm Real Estate Services Inc, a private hard money lending and loan servicing company.

Yitzy attended various colleges in the Los Angeles area before finally attending UCLA from 2004 through 2007. His focus has always been in real estate and business. As part of his studies, Yitzy took classes in the fields of finance, appraisal, architecture, and real estate law as part of his goal to understanding all components relating to real estate transactions.
