Yolanda Evans

Yolanda Evans is a native Californian, with one daughter and three grandchildren. She is a Real Estate Broker of her own company YoRealty Group and JRK Management Services. She has over 25 PLUS years of experience within the Real Estate field and during this period Yolanda has developed and refined her skills in many areas to include, Loan Origination and Real Estate Office Management; Trained and managed Real Estate and Loan Professionals in Origination; Extensive background in REO property valuation, management and acquisition; Management in rehabilitation of distressed assets and dispositions of REO’s; Expertise in evaluating, planning, analysis for sale/ open house/ networking and advertising: This also includes an expansion of her business and becoming a Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia, continuing her property investment experience. In addition to her Real Estate, Yolanda participates in various Ministries, starting her own 501C3, Together We Can Own the World, which caters to various cultural minority groups with the goal to educate, equip and empower. She has earned her degree from Point University and continues to speak locally. She currently resides in Claremont, CA.
