As a second-generation realtor, I have experience and knowledge to ease the transition from homes seller or renter to home buyer. With my interior design/ architecture background, I can help buyers visualize how the homes will or will not work for you. For sellers, I can give helpful low-cost hints to improve marketability and how to best present your home. Of course, negotiation skills are critical to the transaction smoothing the path to a win-win scenario. I do my due diligence and I pay attention to detail so surprises, if any, are few. Having lived in multiple countries, I understand nuances that may go unnoticed by others not so well versed.
