I offer local expertise in a home market tailored to meet your needs, and I am well versed in all areas of real estate including short sales, commercial, foreclosures, and land. I specialize in working with first time home buyers, and as the daughter of a retired Marine, I love helping veterans and service members. Additionally, I am an original founding member of the non-profit, H.O.M.E., and board member of the American Veterans Ball.
I have lived in this area since 1989, and know it like the back of my hand. Providing sound and trustworthy advice to help you achieve your real estate goals even includes NOT buying or selling particular real estate at the present moment. More About Me
I have been in the fitness, wellness, and real estate industry for over 15 years. Inspired by my own weight loss journey, I am passionate about helping others become healthy, and embrace a complete mind and body connection. I was the Wellness and Membership Director at Gold's Gym of Fredericksburg for 7 years. I have also been a licensed real estate agent in Virginia since 2002. I bring the following skill sets to the table: strong negotiating, marketing, and people skills for financial wellness.
I possess a Master's in Counseling which further deepens my skill set and integrity as I navigate my client's needs and best interest. I am full time and extremely active in the field of real estate with my team at Long and Foster. My long-term goal is to own a wellness center. This dream brings my strong passion for wellness, helping others, and real estate full circle.
