Yolanda is very passionate, as much as she knows homes, she understands the need to create a smooth transaction from start to finish for every client. She spent most of her life in Siskiyou County, California. She has worked for Forest Service in many different capacities, a Fisheries and Watershed Technician and Fire Fighter. Yolando has volunteered for the Community Fire District and worked part time for Northern Siskiyou Ambulance as an Emergency Medical Technician. She worked as a Correctional Officer for the Siskiyou County Sheriff Department for 6 years. She started working in Real Estate for Coldwell Banker in 2004. After the loss of her husband, she relocated to Arizona in 2007. Yolando decided after moving her true passion is helping people achieve their home ownership goals, she became licensed in Arizona in 2010. She is a full time Realtor who has lived, worked, and owns a home in AZ since 2007. She is also your neighbor! They are a Team Roping family who shares the love of the Western way of life.
