This was THE BEST experience I have ever had in dealing with a realtor. MS. Zimmerman was professional and very proficient in her work. She took care of things I could not as I was not in the same city as my home I was selling. She SOLD my home in record time and she sold it above listed price. She was able to adjust the contract to ensure I was not low balled. I am MORE THAN satisfied with her service and I WILL BE USING MS. YOLANDA ZIMMERMAN again when I start looking for my new home. Thank you Ms. Zimmerman I will stay in contact and I'm so grateful to have gone through one of my life biggest event with a person that truly cared about her clients. Wow! Yolanda, made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. (YW) was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!

02. (YW) explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. This made it really easy to move in less than 2 months.

03.Yolanda is very professional, experienced and helpful! Highly recommend.

I prequalified for a home loan in November 2019. I had surgery in December 2019 on my shoulder and could not drive. Yolanda came and picked me up to look at each and every house I looked at (there were many!). I complained about everything… 😭 and each new listing she sent me removed one or more complaints. She is an avid listener and is willing and ready to go above and beyond to help you purchase your home. I closed on my first home February 2020. Thank you 😊
