Yolandita was great to work with. She went above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. From helping get our house ready to sell to bringing snacks for my kids while we looked at houses. She sold our home for $20,000 more than we thought we would. I definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Yolandita sold our house for my wife and me. She guided us every step of the way. We needed lots of updates to the house and she helped us find contractors to do the work at a fair price, on time and they did wonderful work.

When we got behind on packing and moving she was always there to lend a hand and sometimes with a crew of people. Her cleaning staff were wonderful and are experienced in cleaning houses to sell.

Because of Yolandita’s dedication to us we were able to get a better price than we originally had thought. She works hard for her clients. We’re glad that Yolandita was our realtor.
