Yolima has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and an Executive MBA, and she has a deep understanding of construction, remodeling, and negotiation. Having worked in construction as a Project Manager/ Owner’s Representative for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies prior to her real estate career, she leverages the same level-headed skills in real estate such as problem solving, communicating, and construction knowledge.
