It was an honor to work with Yuri Lee of Drake Realty. After looking for quite a while and not finding the house that fit my needs and wants, Mr. Lee saw my reluctance and encouraged me to press on. I put an offer in and because of the crazy market, my contract was not accepted. But I pressed on and just as Mr. Lee exclaimed, “you’ll find the right house for you.” And sure enough within a few weeks time I found a home that met all of my specifications and more. I am truly thankful for his patience, guidance, and expertise in making this far fetched dream of owning a home in this market come true. Not only does he know his stuff, he works with an elite staff of brokers that worked with me to meet my bottomline specifications. To them all, I am completely grateful!
