She has developed luxury, residential properties in Southern Marin since 1996. Her homes have ranged from building on raw land to taking on large renovation/expansion projects in Mill Valley, Tiburon and Kent Woodlands.
Young appreciates every facet intrinsic to real estate decision-making, ranging from heartfelt, emotional implications to impassive, financial ramifications. She works for each individual with the same approach she does her own real estate interests, artlessly adopting her clients’ positions while leading them through every phase associated with the purchase or sale of property.
