I had the pleasure of working with Jenny and Yue, and I must say they are both wonderful individuals. I discovered them through social media and from our first meeting to view properties, I could sense their professionalism as realtors. They didn't just rush me into making an offer; they took the time to analyze whether the properties we were looking at were suitable for our needs. They even proactively checked for potential issues with the houses, such as structural concerns or water damage risks. They shared a wealth of knowledge about houses that I found invaluable. Throughout our interactions, I learned so much. After about a month, we found a house we liked, and Jenny swiftly prepared all the necessary documents for our offer. During this process, she kept in constant communication with the listing agent, negotiating the terms and pricing with expertise. Thanks to her guidance, we secured our dream house on our first offer out of 6-8 competing offers. I am extremely grateful for their dedication. Even during the inspection and final walk-through, they diligently checked the house's condition (since the seller also rented back, requiring us to inspect twice). They pointed out areas of concern and advised us on maintenance and repairs. They also introduced us to reasonably priced and skilled contractors for renovations. To sum it up, they are a highly professional and responsible team. They aren't the kind of agents who push you into an offer just for the sake of making a sale and then disappear. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing team for my first home purchase!

Jenny and Yue deserve every bit of praise for their exceptional work as real estate agents. Ms. Yue He recently helped us successfully sell our high-end condo located in McLean of Fairfax County. Our condo had some issues such as old kitchen appliances, carpet, problematic A/C, etc. Yue He did extraordinary work in resolving all these issues including hiring a good contractor to replace the entire carpet and old wooden floor. The floor was done so beautifully with high quality and the entire condo was unrecognizable, which enabled us to secure a buyer very soon after the renovation. Yue He also did an excellent job coordinating with the condo management office while the entire condo building was undergoing exterior repairs. Yue He is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, and we feel very lucky to have retained her as our realtor. Yue He is a professional, patient, and responsible realtor with whom everybody dreams to work. We very much appreciated everything she has done for our condo. Without her, we won’t be able to close the deal smoothly.

She does a great job of getting a listing ready for the market and getting into a highly desirable finish. She is friendly and engaging to potential buyers visiting open houses. She is detailed and thoughtful in her market analysis-taking care to not overprice homes but to get full value for a home. On the buyer-side, I have met a number of buyers who will be repeat customers for their next home purchase or investment property purchase. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Yue He of the Century 21 New Millennium . She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the remodeling to the sale promotion of the house. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in fixing certain issues that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Yue was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

She gave us customized and updated information on available houses on the market within our budget on a daily basis and was able to offer us a tour for the houses we are interested mostly within 24 hours, even at 10ºF in the tough winter! We just sold our condo house with Yue’s help.
Yue gave us a lot of advices to present the house nicer; she has connections to a bunch of quality contractors to make sure all the repairs/replacements/cleaning can be done at our desired time; she knows the value of our house (I believe this is based on her knowledge of the market), as well as the professional marketing skills, we were able to sell our house at $10K more than what we expected in 6 weeks after the house was on market!
We were actually out of town in the entire sale process. Yue helped us with everything including finding contractors, negotiating/comparing prices etc. She always thought about things ahead of us, or got back to us on any of the questions we had in a timely manner. She’s the person you can trust.

Great agent, highly recommended. Very detail orientated and explain everything very well. I am a first time home buyer and didn't know anything about the process. Yue helped me through the process and all I need to do is to show up on time and sign the documents. The process went very smoothly and I enjoy working with Yue.
Started from house searching, Yue did a lot research for the houses. She was able to tell me the medium household income, the commute, the average prices of the housing and many aspects of the neighborhoods, and give me advices. One thing I do wanted to point out is that unlike other agents, Yue never push you through the process. She carefully choose houses with you and keep reminding you to choose carefully and wisely. She asked me to take my time and find the most satisfied house. She responded to all my questions in a timely manner and helped me setup different events. Her skills are very good, I didn't think of I can buy a good house at such a good price. I really enjoyed the entire process from house selection to settle down. I was very picky about my ideal house and Yue never pushed me to bid up the price to buy any house, and wanted me to pick the one I love most. She is organized and good at scheduling appointment for various house visit in the most time efficient way. Before submitting an offer, she would perform a market analysis of nearby housing price and gave me her opinion, and then walked through the contract detail and patiently answered my questions. She’s very very responsive and efficient! I was surprised to receive her email or message in a very timely matter, because sometimes I emailed her at midnight! I didn’t need to worry about anything with her professional service. She was physically there during the home inspection, giving us key, finished title company settlement. What I like most is she really cares about how I feel about the house, and our relationship is like friends instead of agent and client.

Yue is the best agent we could have asked for. She’s patient and professional. She was our (first time home buyer) agent. Yue clearly and concisely explained each and every step of the process, she explained what new terms meant, and answered any question we had as first time homebuyers.

Yue is very responsive and available to a point where I even felt bad of asking too much! But she’s always happy to help and she loves what she does, which is helping find people their perfect home!

At no point of time did she push us to buy any house, nor make any reckless or dangerous offers just to win a contract to a house. We were informed on our decisions at all time, and we were very pleased when we finally found our new home!

On the last days of the process when things are hectic she calmly walked us through it all. We were even able to secure a credit at closing thanks to Yue's quick and effective contact with all parties involved.
