Yuriy often says he is not in the business of real estate, but in the business of making dreams come true. That does not mean finding houses for a buyer or getting the highest amount of money for the seller. Not exclusively, at least. It is much more than that: it is caring for their needs, understanding their anxieties, predicting potential pitfalls, and looking for ways to make the uncertain process of buying or selling a house not only easier, but more enjoyable. In the end, Yuriy’s goal as a Real Estate Agent is to facilitate things for his clients- turning a lengthy and complex transaction into a pleasing memory.
Yuriy’s marketing abilities come in handy – especially in this ever-changing world with new digital trends popping up daily – but his main strength is his credibility. He has been working hard on this asset ever since he got his license. He is constantly studying the market because when his clients ask him something he must have the correct response on the tip of his tongue. He has not only a fiduciary responsibility to his clients but also a moral one. So, transparency is important because, to him, Real Estate is not only about properties and money, but also about people. Yuriy never takes for granted the fact that people are trusting him not with their house or apartment, but their home. He takes that responsibility seriously and puts on a (fair) fight for them.
Over time, Yuriy has earned the respect and recognition of this community that he loves so much. Along with his family, that is my most prized possession- a dream come true.
