Yury was a wonderful agent for us as first time home buyers. His knowledge of the area and attention-to-detail helped us land a home that we love. We followed his recommendations when it comes to the negotiation side which ensured that we were both putting in a competitive offer while at the same time being comfortable with our offer. We got accepted on our second offer we put in (only lost the first one to a cash buyer)! We are so happy with our new home and would have never gotten here without him! Being a first-time home buyer, my husband and I were very nervous about the home buying process, especially with the market being where it is today. However, we were lucky enough to meet Yury along the way. He was very attentive to our preferences when it came to buying our dream house. We did not have a lot of flexibility when it came to options, but that did not deter him from helping us along every step of the way. He put us in contact with a knowledgeable home inspector, amazing loan officer, and a communicative title company. When push came to shove, Yury sure does know how to fight for his client, and we could not have been happier with our home buying experience. Yury has been my realtor for the sale of my home and the purchase of another this year. He is a great communicator because he not only responds quickly, even from another country while on vacation, but is a bridge of communication to anyone I needed to interact with. He found swifty contractors and stagers to prep my home for sale at the top of the market and even came personally to fix a last minute toilet leak the night before my open house. Amazing. He is always so positive, no matter the complication and believe me when I say, my fiancé and I were complicated customers for anyone. We went under contract to buy a home, then changed our minds to buy a less expensive one! Yury never showed us impatience or disappointment. Couple of years ago we hired Yury to be our real estate agent for our first house.
