Yusuf Yolasan

Having been born and raised in northern Turkey, Yusuf Yolasan exemplifies the new, innovative international perspective.

Yusuf obtained his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering in Ondokuz Mayis University in Turkey. He was selected to study abroad in Aarhus University School of Engineering, Denmark, a top-ranked Global University by QS World Rankings. However, he found the technicality of engineering rather “dry.” Even though Yusuf finished his engineering degree, his real desire was to engage in a profession that would entertain his entrepreneurial spirit and open doors to more direct, interpersonal interactions.

Nurturing his creative side, Yusuf’s landed a job in marketing for one the most established and prestigious international fashion companies, Marks & Spencer. It was here that he further developed his creativity, communication skills, and his keen eye for details. After that, he embraced an opportunity at The Calzedonia Group. He worked for five years as their Business Development and Expansion Manager and was afforded an opportunity to attend business school. Yusuf obtained an M.B.A. from Beykent University in Turkey.

At Calzedonia Group, Yusuf successfully managed over 100 different store operations: New store openings, closures, expansions into other cities, relocations to more strategic locations, various franchise processes, and large contract revisions that led to substantial profitability of many operations which were previously at a loss. He also pushed strategic openings in locations previously deemed impossible. His vision changed the trajectory of the company in Turkey. It was his dedication, passion, and inner drive for excellence that led to such a dramatic turn for this company’s Turkish subsidiary.

Despite his success at Calzedonia Group, Yusuf followed his heart and took a leap of faith. He moved to Miami, Florida in the United States shifting his career from commercial real estate to residential real estate.
He now pursues these new challenges with a creative soul and a zealous spirit. “New ideas keep the mind fresh and the body invigorated.” He incorporates his prior experiences and analytical skills into his role as a real estate professional.

Yusuf is a worldly, curious person with interests in music, history, health and fitness, tennis, kayaking, fashion and exploring new cultures. He has a keen eye for detail and delivers “the complete package.”
