Just closed on a smooth transaction where Yvette represented Seller of property. It was great to work with an Agent that is responsive and will answer a call to communicate & put this together, not just text like others. My real estate agent, Yvette Cook was very polite, hardworking and was always asking questions to find me the perfect home in the desert. Yvette was very professional, always prepared and always on-time to meet me. Yvette drove me around the desert and not only showed me homes, Yvette educated me on the desert communities. It was stressful at times but Yvette with her calming demeanor, was always confident we would find the right home. Although we missed out on a couple of sales to others before us (in a very competitive and sellers' market), we were a team and the home I purchased was one Yvette encouraged me to look at before we called it a day. It was the perfect home and I told Yvette that I did not want to lose out on this home and Yvette made it happen!
