Yvette Preute

Yvette brings her skills in relationship building and negotiation to help clients reach their real estate goals. Over the past 25 years, Yvette has worked with a broad range of clients and developed great ability in sales, negotiation and listening. She has a genuine interest in learning people's stories and is accomplished in discerning her clients' needs.

Her previous work experience includes Vice President/Branch Manager of three financial institutions in Marin, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Ramekins Event Center/Culinary School in Sonoma. As the top producer, Yvette led the sales team at Ramekins to achieve record growth, resulting in Ramekins becoming one of the premier destinations for private events in Wine Country. Yvette holds a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Yvette has extensive knowledge of the North Bay, including schools, neighborhoods, restaurants, and unusual locations to visit, and she is excited to share with clients the wonders of living in this area. Yvette has lived in Wine Country for 20 years with her husband (Tom) and two sons (Noah, 23, San Francisco State, and Luke, 21, Pace University, New York).
