I definitely recommend Yvonne Avila and her team as a Realtor, she is Awesome!! If and when I need to buy or sell another property I would most definitely hire her again. she saved us so much time and prevented us from having so much stress, especially since we were overseas while the house was being sold. She basically took care of everything and all we had to do is sign the paperwork after she explained it in detail. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had the proper support to sell and/or buy a house. Thank you Yvonne and your team for being real professionals and looked after our best interest.

Had excellent experience dealing with Mrs. Yvonne. She was always very professional and very knowledgeable. She answered every question I asked her through the whole house buying process. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have gotten this amazing house that I can now call home. Very courteous, always looked out for me making sure I got the right house, and puts her clients first. She always worked off of my schedule and times that were more convenient for me. 11/10 great service all around from Mrs. Yvonne and the rest of her team over at Shaffer Real Estate. Always felt welcome. Highly recommend!!

Yvonne provided EXCELLENT service in the sale of our home. She provided great recommendations and gave us any information she had on what to expect. Even while falling out of escrow twice, due to buyers, she quickly sent the appropriate documentation to get back on the market as quickly as possible. She is available at all hours, so prompt to answer texts, experienced with excellent network of real estate specialists ranging from house cleaners, mortgage lenders, title companies, inspectors, etc. Don’t think there is any situation she has not seen or gone through in home buying and selling. Absolutely wonderful agent, and has a wonderful network to assist her clients!

It has been a pleasure working with Yvonne, Ally and her team. They made the entire mortgage experience structured and although we were truly confused during the shopping stage, they were pretty calm and patient. We are genuinely glad that we entrusted the triumph of fulfilling our goal to them. Hence the outcome turned out favorable that we felt like stars aligned before us. Their thoughtfulness was evident all throughout. Nevertheless, they were able to detect necessary repairs right off the bat that were not transparent to ordinary buyers like us while keeping the entire deal secure. I am in my dream home thanks to Yvonne Avila!! I really am not one to leave reviews. This time is different. When everyone else told me my house would not appraise for what I thought it was worth and I would not make the money needed for my dream home, she made it happen. When everyone else told me my house would not sell at listing price, she made it happen. When everyone else told me it would take forever, she actually made it happen in a weekend! It's not only that she made it happen, but how she did it. She did her research, she wouldn't back down, all the while being fair and honest. Yvonne REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF, she is determined, she truly WORKS for you. I recommend Yvonne to everyone and this is one review I had to write!

Yvonne helped us find our home in Virginia in 2007 and we really felt a connection with her. After we moved to Florida in 2012 we rented our home to a few families until we were ready to sell. Through those years we still kept in touch with Yvonne and she always made us feel like family. She went to work right away getting the house squared away for me, I live out of state, and did a great job coordinating contractors.
