When Selling, I will NOT just put a sign in the yard and hope it sells. I do review the current marketplace and I do bring house comparables to support the price I propose. I will provide you with a list of things that will help your house sell as well as discuss changes that may need to be considered. I will promote your home. I do study the days on the market, and look at the competition that may be capturing your buyers. I will help you secure a contract; help with negotiations of terms of the contract as well as inspections negotiations. I do follow a timeline of communication with the lender, Title Company, and other obstacales.
