Yvonne Dong

Yvonne comes from a PR/Marketing consulting background. She found her passion and started the real estate career after helping her overseas friends purchasing and managing investment properties in the bay area.

With 8+ years of marketing analysis, deal negotiation, and professional communication experiences, she was always able to help clients (seller and buyer) to maximize their interests in real estate transactions. She is particularly specialized in providing objective advice on location, school, return on investment, and upside potential based on statistic numbers and facts.

Currently, Yvonne is a top member in the TSE Group, the #1 team in South Bay (ranked #37 in the country). Yvonne and the TSE Group completed 213 transactions with a total volume of $360M+ in 2019 thus far.

Outside of the real estate, Yvonne also produces and hosts a business interview program for a local Chinese radio station focusing on topics in high tech, business, investment in Silicon Valley.
