Yvonne Faraci

When it comes to seeing to it that her clients have a world-class experience, Yvonne brings a never-give-up attitude along with a commitment to maintaining constant communication throughout the entire process. With passion and persistence, she works tirelessly to make sure her clients realize their real estate dreams and goals, and with over forty transactions in 2019, you can be sure that Yvonne also offers experience and expertise in the industry. However, it’s not about volume. Her biggest motivation is to make a difference in everything she does. Yvonne would tell you her work ethic has been inspired by two bosses who encouraged her to be the best she could be and who gave her the freedom to share her thoughts and ideas, then run with them. She has been most inspired by her father who maintains a positive attitude regardless of his circumstances. His strong faith, support and constant belief in a brighter future have been a gift to her family. Yvonne started out in the beauty industry where she enjoyed 27 years of success including being a regional director for twenty-eight salons. That success followed her when she made the switch to real estate. She was in the top twenty agents at Keller Williams DTC in 2019, received the Diamond Club Member Rookie Award in her first year and was a Two-Carat Diamond Award Member in 2019. Yvonne is also an RCS-D (Real Estate Collaborative Specialist of Divorce), a RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), a GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and a CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). She has her sights set on being in the top 5% of CHR agents. When she’s not working, Yvonne’s favorite way to pass the time is with her family including her two grown children. They enjoy sports, either live or on TV, and as a Colorado native, her favorites are the Broncos and Nuggets. She also enjoys country music and cruising, or any vacation that takes her to the beach and water.
