Yvonne Kall

Yvonne’s greatest accomplishment is her family. She is the mother of 3 children with her husband Larry (An Aggie) whom she has been married to for 26years. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Texas State University. She is active in her church community of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and School Community. Yvonne was the PTC President at the kids school (2011-2013) and Communion Minister at Church and for the Homebound. She is on the Board of Friends of the Ronald McDonald House and was Board President in 2015. Served on the Board of Development University of Incarnate Word in 2011.

Yvonne is a Member of Texas Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Residential Institute (GRI), San Antonio Board of REALTORS. Yvonne has been Platinum Top 50 Winner 3 times of the last 14 years and have been an early Qualifier the last 8 years of 14 years. The San Antonio Business Journal for 2010 named her the Top 50 REALTORS in San Antonio.

Yvonne has sold over 100 Million in Residential Real Estate Sales in 14 years. Her specialty is listing as well as selling homes in and around the San Antonio area. She has sold homes as high as 1.2 million and as low as $52k. Yvonne enjoys seeing the faces of her clients when they purchase their home and build memories for a lifetime. She understands the importance of Education in her profession. Yvonne believes it is imperative to keep up with the changing market, trends, and mortgage in the Real Estate industry. She has built numerous relationships with other agents in San Antonio and other parts of the US. Yvonne is also certified in Relocation with several companies. Yvonne has been very successful in part because of those relationships.
