I don’t have enough great things to say about Yvonne. We were first time home buyers and she was very patient while we viewed many houses, helping us see the pros and cons of each house without pressuring us in any direction. I know that she had other clients because she would mention closings and open houses, but we always felt like we had her undivided attention. She is amazing to watch in action with other professionals like home inspectors and other real estate agents. She was very focused with both of our home inspectors, asking lots of questions and actually catching issues that they missed. She uncovered 2 leaks in one house that the inspector hadn’t seen. If the inspector, loan officer, or anyone else used confusing language, she pushed to clarify. She got us the first house that we placed an offer on at the price we wanted, even though there were multiple offers. We moved in a few weeks ago and absolutely love our house, but if we ever move again, Yvonne will definitely be our real estate agent. I couldn’t recommend her more!

When I began looking for a home I did not have a realtor and submitted many inquiries on differing properties, many realtors called me however I was no impressed by what I heard until Yvonne called me (very shortly after I sent the inquiry I may add). I knew from that conversation I wanted HER to be my realtor. She had amazing communication skills, knowledge, and professionalism. Her and I went on to have an almost 1 yearlong business relationship! We went through a very long (9.5 months), grueling, negative attempt at a home purchase that ended up falling through due to VERY negative sellers realtors, home owner, and bank (it was a short sale). She NEVER gave up, or let up, or stopped with her communications to ALL PARTIES the entire time. She also showed great PROFESSIONALISM through that process (the sellers realtors were verbally abusive, completely unresponsive, and unprofessional) by NEVER losing her COOL and keeping EVERYTHING PROFESSIONAL and by the book with all realtor law and ethics. When I say we looked at a lot of houses...I mean A LOT, I'd say easily over 50 homes throughout this year long process. She never showed anything but PROFESSIONALISM and WILLINGNESS to do what needed to be done to get me into the exact home with exact specifications I wanted (and I had A LOT of specifications, hence SOOO MANY houses were looked at). This was not my first home purchase and I've had/came across some very bad realtors... The bottom line is, if you are looking for the BEST REALTOR LOOK NO FURTHER YOU HAVE FOUND HER!!!

I’ve known her for about 3 years now; from her selling me my second home and recently selling my first home. Selling my first home was very stressful to me because I was in a rush when my tenant failed to pay their rent for several months. Yvonne assured me that she could sell it. We had multiple offers the first day she put it on the website. I was confident in her I let her pick the best offers without having to ask me. She did great in keeping me in the loop the whole process, which I really appreciate about her. We had a few bad offers, not because of Yvonne but because of other realtors and their clients that failed to communicate. When I felt like I wasn’t going to sell and was down Yvonne kept me in high spirits and continued to assure me that the house would sell and sell soon, we just had to find the right buyer.
