When we 1st met yavonne we were just looking because we hadn't sold our house yet we made a decision to go with one of those groups who say we We'll buy your house For the Best price no Low balling the price They offered us an amount for our house and Yvonne Yvonne after showing us a few places She came to our house and after seeing our house talk us into selling it with her It was the best decision we ever made We made a lot of money way above and beyond what the other company was offering us even after commissions Yvonne never wavered wavered and was always there for us I've only met one other real estate agent like that the 1 who sold me this house to begin with I would recommend her above and beyond over anybody that I've met so far in the real estate of business David k

We met Yvonne through Zillow. We were beginning our search for a new home and she was on the listing to ask questions of, so I asked to see a couple of the listings that we saw. She didn't hesitate to meet us after work one night to show us a couple of homes. After looking at the homes we started talking about our home, and that we really needed to get it sold before we found a new one. Again, Yvonne didn't hesitate. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and didn't pull any punches about anything. She told us the truth, instead of just what she thought we wanted to hear. We trusted her from the start, and are forever grateful for her diligence and honesty while helping us sell our home. We are now in a position to purchase our next home. Thank you doesn't cover the gratitude we have for Yvonne. If you need a professional to help you sell or buy a home, Yvonne is the best. We not only found an excellent real estate agent, but I now consider her a friend.

I’ve known Yvonne for years. Her Mother helped me purchase my home over 25years ago. Sandy and Yvonne have been there ever since …. Through re financing , showing us other properties, helping my mom find a home when she decided to move to California from out of state, and helping with overall real estate advice and recommendations. Always with my best interest in mind. I would use no one else!
