Yvonne Schaefer

As the owner and lead broker of Team Schaefer, I offer a unique contribution to both, my team members and my clients. I believe in being professional, efficient and accountable in every facet of life and have molded my team around this belief. I also use my past business and life skills to best assist my team and clients towards this standard.

Since 2004, I've been involved in REALTOR leadership roles. As past WCR President, our chapter grew to a point that we received a national Silver Award for Excellence. I believe collaboration of REALTORS is key to the success of everyone. As current Chair of RRAR Grievance Committee, I am committed to professionalism for all of our local agents. As a trainer for my brokerage, I volunteer many hours to ensure that all our agents are efficient and knowledgeable in our field. As a role model, I allow myself to be held accountable by my business coach, my team and my clients. I am an Alumni of the Triangle REALTORS Leadership Academy (2014) and enjoy all the positive relationships and training that it provided. In the community, I have founded an international humanitarian non-profit and served as President for many years.
