Yvonne Willard

Throughout Yvonne's 25 years of experience working in the real estate industry, she has been on not only the buying and selling side, but on the business side as well. Her foundation as a commercial real estate appraiser provides a valuable perspective on understanding value. Her experience as a real estate underwriter and loan officer offers analytical investment insight. As an investment consultant, Yvonne was directly involved with unique and challenging properties and markets. Rounding out her professional background is her own personal experience with buying, remodeling and selling single family homes, condominiums, and managing single and multifamily properties.

Yvonne is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and Barnard College of Columbia University where she studied Architecture. She also completed the educational requirements with the Appraisal Institute for the MAI designation.
