As a musician, Zach has played on stages around the world. His vast travels have made him love his Middle Tennessee home even more, meaning his clients work with someone who not only knows the area, but appreciates all it has to offer.
As a technologist, Zach worked for years for the tech giant TikTok. His technology knowledge amps social marketing to the next level for the customers who choose him as their agent.
Zach is part of what one Nashville newspaper called "a new real estate dynasty" in the Copeland family. Zach's dad, Brian was president of Greater Nashville Realtors, Tennessee Realtors, and was Vice President of the National Association. Zach's uncle, Brad, is also a past president of Greater Nashville Realtors and is influential at all three levels of the organization. Zach's aunt, Molly, has been a trusted and loved real estate figure in this marketplace for years. Sher Powers, his godmother, is a past president of Greater Nashville Realtors and Tennessee Realtors and is a respected force in the industry. All have annually been in the top one percent of the Middle Tennessee marketplace and have over a combined six decades of industry expertise.
Needless to say, Zach's clients, who he considers family, are in the very best, most well-trained, ethical hands in the industry.
