Zach Custer

With over 10 years of sales leadership experience, Zach empowers sales professionals to achieve excellence and growth in the industry. He currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Davidson Homes, where he oversees the sales strategy, operations, and performance of a rapidly expanding home builder.

In addition to his sales career, Zach has been involved in ministry for over 18 years, serving as an Associate Pastor at New Hope Church since 2021. His passion is to help people find hope and purpose in their lives, and to share the love and grace of God. He also leads the worship and youth ministries, using his energy and creativity to inspire and engage the congregation.

Whether in sales or ministry, Zach bases his leadership on empowerment, collaboration, honesty, and accountability, and he always seek to bring a positive impact to everything he does.
