We just retired and are moving from Branson to Mercer county, Illinois to be near family. We probably would not have found the house we needed if Zach had not been our buyer's realtor. He sent us numerous listings to view, took videos of property we were interested in, drove us all over Mercer and Rock Island counties numerous times, found answers to our questions about properties, gave us excellent counsel regarding properties and did a great job of negotiating final price. We would use Zack again and would recommend him if you want a realtor that communicates well and works hard for his client.

Zach has sold two of our properties recently, one business and one home, and we couldn’t be more excited. We were in a bit of a situation, in that we plan to move out of state soon and we needed these properties to sell before we could feel comfortable with our move. Our home was barely listed, and he already had interested parties lined up. Within hours our house sold for asking price, and to make it easier for both us, and the buyer, much of the house furnishings went with the house. Zach makes what could have been a stressful process, stress free and seamless, whether you are trying to sell a house or a business. He is professional, knowledgeable, and personable, moreover, just a great person. It is worth mentioning that a percentage of the realtor’s commission goes towards student scholarships, which is just another example that he and his family are doing great things for the community. I called Zach on a whim and told him I thought I was ready to start looking at houses. That afternoon we looked at 4-5 houses, finding one that was perfect for us. Being a newly single mom, I was extremely nervous about it all, but Zach walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, set up inspections, and even came over once we had moved in to answer more questions.
