In 2020 Zach returned to Portland to reshape his efforts in his hometown. 2021 and 2022 were landmark years for his business. Zach helped over 60 families and individuals achieve their goal of home ownership. These sales ranged from a 400 square foot condo in St. John’s to a 700 acre ranch in La Pine, Oregon. The past six years have solidified his promise to all clients he serves – to make home ownership accessible, sensible, and sustainable. He believes that before the transaction comes the relationship, and that means always acting with transparency, loyalty, and honesty.
Growing up in Portland, Oregon, Zach Mayer has never felt more at home than where he is now: helping his clients secure their dreams and futures through real estate. In 2018 after an eight year career in health and fitness, Zach sought to bring his high level of care and passion into a different industry where he felt he could empower a greater number of people. Cutting his teeth in one of the nation’s most competitive markets, Los Angeles, Zach found great success in his first two years as a realtor. Obtaining mentorship at a firm recognized for representing architecturally significant homes helped to lay the foundation for a career rooted in ethics, service, and knowledge.
Outside of his career, Zach can be found training in the sport of Olympic-style weightlifting, exploring the Northwest with his wife, Kate, and endlessly throwing the ball for their rescue dog, Shadow. Zach’s services are always available to new clients. There is nothing more he appreciates than leading the way to home ownership for his extended community.
