We found Zach through a friend when our family was relocated to California from the other side of the country. We planned a 5 day trip to see as many homes as we could, and he was so great and accomodating! He took us just about everywhere in Sacramento and the surrounding area. He is so knowledgeable of what to look for when buying a house, he made us feel like he really had our backs. After we left he was able to help us look virtually, and when we found something he was there to be present for all of the inspections, and even some repairs. He has gone above and beyond, and we have no idea what we would do with out his help! We don't know anyone in the area yet, but when we do, and if we hear they are moving, we will make sure they use McKiernan Realty!

My wife and I can’t say enough great things about McKiernan Realty, especially Zach and Bob. Both are very dedicated people and you can tell that they love what they do. They have worked with us for a couple of years in search of the right house and never did they waiver in their commitment. McKiernan realty will have us as customers for life! Zach McKiernan is dedicated and passionate about helping his clients buy that special home, or sell their home. He puts in long days and it doesn’t matter what day of the week it is.

Zach listed our home, immediately scheduled an open house for the first weekend, he did so much advertising and created such a buzz that we had 60 couples through the first day and 53 couples the second day. We ended up with 13 offers all of which were over asking price.
He is now diligently trying to find us another home. He’s always available, always positive and professional. He truly has his clients best interest at heart.

I recommend Zach McKiernan to anyone that has real estate needs whether it be buying or selling. Zach thinks outside of the box and can be very creative. You’re definitely going to get the best with Zach McKiernan!
