Zach is one of the most professional agents that I have had the pleasure of working with. As a closing attorney I deal with all kinds of agents with various levels of experience. Zach is in an elite echelon among the best of the best.
I never have to worry about whether or not I am missing any amendments to the contract or any other paperwork I need from agents. The deal always flows smoothly the way that it should working together.

We think that Zach is uniquely qualified to be in the real estate field. From years of work in the HVAC profession he understands the complexity of ducting, heating and cooling homes. He knows the intricacies of doing minor or major remodeling projects to include landscaping that takes into account property nuances and water flow considerations. He is well versed re home security systems and can offer advise regarding (and install) state-of-the-art equipment. In short, Zach knows a whole lot of timely, pertinent data that he can offer his clients.

In addition to this impressive breadth of technical and professional knowledge Zach is personally affable, has a great sense of humor and can relate well to anyone. He knows the anxieties associated with home buying and selling; he can provide immense relief by structuring and planning an optimal strategy for his client.
