Zach Timon is a commercial real estate professional specializing in sales, leasing, investment, and value-add properties throughout the Greater Cincinnati market. Entering his third year in the industry, Zach has successfully facilitated more than $7 million in sales and leasing transactions, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with a results-driven approach.

As a lifelong Cincinnati resident, Zach offers clients local market knowledge and a strong understanding of the region's commercial real estate landscape. He is a graduate of Walnut Hills High School and furthered his real estate education through coursework in the Real Estate Certificate Program at Cincinnati State.

Before transitioning into real estate, Zach built a foundation in technology and retail, developing strong problem-solving, customer service, and negotiation skills that continue to benefit his clients. Outside of real estate, he has been a drummer for over 15 years and enjoys music of all kinds, often bringing energy and enthusiasm to every interaction.
