Zachariah’s real estate journey began at the age of 22 while attending Texas State University, where he gained experience in property management for student housing. This early exposure ignited a passion for real estate, leading him to get licensed at 23. In 2013, he joined Keller Williams, setting the stage for a career driven by leadership and a relentless commitment to client success.

In 2015, Zachariah founded The Castillo Group, which quickly became known for delivering exceptional service in the real estate industry. In 2024, the company rebranded as HomeBase, reflecting a bold new chapter in its mission to empower clients and agents alike. HomeBase’s partner mission is to empower agent partners with innovative ideas and provide limitless opportunities for growth and success.
