Zachary Cummins

Born in Alaska and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Zach Cummins has now lived in beautiful North County San Diego for over a decade. Zach’s past careers have always revolved around real estate, whether in the solar industry, working in construction, custom home remodeling, or personal real estate investing.

As an investor and a current member of the Bigger Pockets community, he understands the value of real estate as a primary home as well as an investment opportunity. He knows what it takes to help his clients create wealth through real estate. He joined Landing Collective Real Estate Solutions (LCRES) because it provides strategic real estate expertise, with a focus on our military veterans, across the US, and he wants you to be able to serve those that serve this nation.

In his personal time, he enjoys camping, traveling, paddle boarding, and being outdoors. You can find him doing these activities throughout North County with his wife and 3 boys. It is his priority to laugh, make others laugh, continue to learn, have fun, try new things, and help others along the way.
