I cannot recommend Zach and his team enough! I’ve worked with him to sell three properties, and buy a fourth, over the last few years and it’s always been enjoyable. Most recently he was able to get a home under contract, for well above the list price, in under 48 hours. There are not enough words to describe the Fauver Group Realty. I am an extremely happy homeowner thanks to their hard work, support and teamwork of each and every member in this realty group. I had a rough start to the home buying process before meeting the Fauver Group. However a college friend recommended this group to me and ever since that moment I was blessed with an amazing team who truly cared for me and treated me like family. Luke was so patient and definitely looked out for my best interest. There was never any pressure to make me buy a home. For me, finding a home was all about finding a place that God wanted me to be in. Each home we saw, we always came back to how I felt about it and to pray to God about each home before I made a decision. Luke and Zach supported my faith throughout it all, which made much easier for me in my decision making. Also being a nurse that works at night, it was always hard to see a home but Luke was very accommodating, showing me homes late in the evening or first thing in the morning. He was also trying to make sure that I received all the information I needed to know and pointed out things to be mindful of, while considering different homes. Zack made sure that the background, terminology, and logistics were completed. He was so helpful when it came to putting together the repair request. Casey was the brain and organizer of the group. She informed me everything I need to know and prepare myself with the mortgage and bills. Together everyone played an important part in helping me find the home God truly set aside for me. Honestly, you will never go wrong with this team! This experience was definitely the best, especially for a first time and young homebuyer like me!

Zach Fauver helped me sell my condo in the Museum District this summer. I’d originally reached out to him the previous fall to consider selling then and ended up deciding to wait a bit longer. He was never pushy but always made it clear to me that he was willing to jump in and help whenever I was in fact ready, and boy did he! Within a week of letting him know I was ready to sell ~6 mo. later, he had a stager come out to help stage my condo, scheduled for painters to come and re-paint one of my rooms, and had phenomenal pictures of my home captured by a very talented photographer. I was really impressed by the expediency of the process and how smoothly 1 week of prepping went (..I still can’t believe it happened that fast!). By the time by condo was put on the market, it sold within 2 days over asking price. Without going into the minutia, there was one slight hiccup within negotiations (as often happens); Zach reconciled this without my asking and went over & beyond what would be typically expected of a realtor. The entire closing process was a breeze, and I felt informed and supported throughout. When I went in for my final closing, Zach celebrated the successful sale with a bottle of champagne and a kind, handwritten card.

Because I know Zach personally beyond simply him serving as my realtor, I can vouch that this work ethic and thoughtfulness is very much in line with who he is as a person. Zach's Christian faith is important to him and is clearly evidenced by his care for clients. Highly recommend.

The listing went live on a Friday, the Open House was that Sunday, and by Monday morning, I had three offers at or above list price! It went under contract that day and closed in a month! The home stager and photographer Drew hired to prepare our house to enter the market were excellent and very professional. Our house sold in just two weeks! Drew helped us with a home purchase and also handled the sale of our old house. He did a FANTASTIC job on both transactions. Even during a slowing market, Drew and Lydia were effective at selling our house quickly at the price we wanted. They were so much fun to work with. Drew was with us from day one, went the extra mile, even attended walk-throughs and meetings with our builder. On the sale side, he and Lydia offered great advice and did a flattering presentation of our house on MLS and Zillow. Drew suggested a couple of areas that could use some attention in order to attract a buyer. What other agent would show up to replace the light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room himself? Drew actually did that for us, and he went beyond our expectations on other occasions, as well. We appreciate the hard work and professional job by both Drew and Lydia. Our overall experience was amazing. Zach is a great listener and gave a lot of insight in terms of the possible courses of actions with each question we had. We never felt like we were just another house/client. It was clear that he wanted to understand our situation and help in all ways possible. He is super client focused and cares.

Also, communication was great. Whether with a phone call or text message he and his team always had quick replies. And if we had a question or lack clarity, there was no hesitation to circle back and walk us through everything until we understood.

Drew was even planning to hold an open house during a snow storm because he knew ONE agent who wanted to bring their client! Zach stuck with me through some gnarly real estate transactions - some that even failed, and we had to pause for about a year. He's wise and helped a good deal with recommendations for contractors as well as negotiations. I'm generally very skeptical about the value realtors provide, but he was excellent. We felt very informed during the process, Zach is a great negotiator, and both sales went exceptionally well. I am a bit cynical when it comes to real estate professionals and how much they make relative to the work involved, but Zach and his team convinced me that some really are worth the costs involved and deserve every dollar they get!
