A seasoned real estate professional in the NYC market, Zac Flynt has more than 10 years of industry experience. As the leader of the Flynt Team, Zac manages four experienced real estate agents and spearheads the team’s new business and portfolio growth.

Currently, Zac and his team specialize in sales and rentals throughout the boroughs, with a particular affinity for the Upper West Side, which he had the opportunity to call “home” for more than 8 years. Prior to cultivating his team, Zac served as the Senior Managing Director of Citi Habitats’ Greenwich Village office, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and managed over 100 real estate agents. To date, Zac has successfully completed transactions totaling $350 million in sales volume.

No matter what stage of home ownership clients are in – whether renting, buying or selling – Zac prioritizes educating his clients on the state of the market and presenting the best options available to fulfill their real estate goals. The Flynt team’s deep market knowledge, broad skill set and extensive experience provide them with a strong understanding of client needs and the importance of efficient, high-quality service.

A native of Arkansas, Zac attended the University of Arkansas/Sam M. Walton College of Business. He always had an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on sales and customer service from his previous experience working in a family business managing 30 employees and overseeing daily operations. Zac was also integral in handling external sales for the company, with a reputation for developing and cultivating long-term business relationships.

When he’s not hard at work, Zac enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in Old Greenwich, CT. An avid sports fan, he also enjoys playing golf, tennis and basketball, as well as traveling when time allows.
