Zachary Harrell

Zachary Harrell joined Scott F. Harrell & Associates, Inc. in 2013 after attending the University of Missouri in Columbia and began specializing in retail brokerage and investment sales. In 2016 Zachary became one of the youngest Realtors to obtain the CCIM designation after taking courses in Financial Analysis, Market Analysis, User Decision Analysis, Investment Analysis, Ethics and Negotiations as well as assembling a portfolio detailing completed transactions valued in excess of $10,000,000.00. In addition to being a member of the CCIM organization, Zachary is a member of; ICSC, National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, Greater Springfield Board of Realtors, The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce & The Network associated with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. Zachary continues to focus on Retail brokerage representing both landlords and tenants as well as investment sales, shopping center re-development and new retail developments.
