Working with Zach to sell our house was phenomenal. He came highly recommended and after our 1st conversation I could see why. His work ethic is unmatched, showing the house multiple times a day 7 days a week, and most of the time the last showing for the day was after normal business hours. He held open houses on busy weekends, and followed up with everyone that came through. (Person or realtor) His relentless approach to finding a buyer for our house was the difference maker. He had our house under contract in 3 weeks and sold 29 days later. Enough said!!! If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond to make sure you get top market value for your home, you need to call Zach Marks!!!!
