Zak was a rockstar from the beginning of the buying process through the final sale of our house and even after. We looked and offered for over a year and he was with us every step of the way. Nothing was an inconvenience or a bother to him. He answered a million and one questions and took us any place we wanted to go at even the most inconvenient times. He quickly learned our preferences and knew exactly what our commentary around certain items would be. He also never pressured us to make an offer and discouraged us from making offers that were illogical on properties that didn’t meet all of our wishlist items.

Zak was also a great partner in the sale of our home. The home sold within 48 hours and I can’t imagine a better person to have done it with. He even met the home photographer to let them in to retake a photo I wasn’t satisfied with in the original shots. During the sale, a realtor had an issue with the lockbox and he left an event to let the agent in. He also went to check on my dog between showings to make sure even the fur parties involved were happy. He was great about checking with me to schedule the showings.

I can’t say enough good things about Zak. His positivity through all of the ups and downs made this very difficult environment for buying a home seem like just another little side project. We loved working with Zak and would recommend him for the sale or purchase of any home.

Zachary quickly responds to any texts we send him. We have sold 3 homes and purchased 2 in the past few year and all 5 went very smooth. He applies no pressure and worked diligently looking for a home for us. Very patient. I highly recommend working with Zachary.

Zak did a great job in helping me find a house. My schedule was very crazy at the time (juggling a whole bunch of things), but he was very flexible and accommodating with everything. Zak also was very good with communicating promptly. He's a very good guy to work with and helped make the whole process as easy as possible!
