Being a third-generation real estate agent, Zachary has been around real estate his whole life. His father and Grandfather owned a thriving Real Estate Company in Tenafly and Closter and eventually sold to Coldwell Banker. When the opportunity came for Zachary to partner with his father, he spent a year of training, classes and mentoring before taking full responsibility for many customers.
Zachary has a clear understanding of how to use social media and is able to successfully combine the “old school” traditions of Real Estate with new methods of communication and marketing to attract clients.
While working full time at Remax Signature Homes in Closter, New Jersey, Zachary represents the future of real estate. After trying several roles, he felt drained in his professional life, leading him to the career path he imagined during his childhood. He feels fortunate he can learn from the best, his father a successful Realtor, Gary Stewart.
With an established network in the Bergen County along with his forthright & eager attitude, Zachary has found success in helping buyers and sellers in the New Jersey real estate market.
Growing up in a large tight-knit family, Zachary has been making it a priority to make it to his family events when he has the free time. His experiences with 8 brothers and sisters and 17 nephews and nieces have taught him many virtues, including patience and compassion. He is in a perfect position to understand a buyer or seller’s needs as well as find answers to their housing needs.
In Zachary’s downtime, he can be found with his family and friends, cooking and snowboarding.
