It gives me immense joy to recommend Zagros as a realtor to anyone and everyone. Her outgoing personality and determination makes her one of the best realtor in the DMV area. She carries excellent work ethic, strong communication skills and knowledge. Zagros is a driven realtor professional, who is willing to go beyond expectations to achieve her client’s goals. She uses her strong communication skills to develop lasting relationships. Zagros has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client’s best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was her communication style. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails after midnight. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly, and we closed on time. As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. She is very smart and a highly effective realtor. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future, I will definitely have Zagros represent me !

I am very happy to recommend Zagros as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We were looking for a realtor and found Zagros through one of our friends. Zagros had an initial meeting with us and took diligent points regarding our specific needs in a home. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts. A master with the contract negotiations, Zagros came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. We found Zagros to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. We are pleased to recommend Zagros to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
