Looking for a place is a stressful process & very time consuming mentally. I would know, because this is the first time I've ever moved out on my own. Trying to find something that is suitable for me was exhausting, but having the dedication & professionalism that Mr. Cohen provided, made this the best experience I've ever had. Mr. Cohen couldn't have been more available and understanding with the needs I had when looking for something comfortable for me. At times I wanted to give up because nothing was to my liking, but this agent truly showed that he cared. Spending his time showing me listings & staying later than the office was open to accommodate my schedule, & even securing me the best deal possible within my price range. Now I can happily say that I've found a place I call home! Anyone in the Tri-State area looking for listings, I highly recommend Zahi & City Living Real Estate as the agency you choose!
