Before pursuing my Ph.D., I ran a successful drafting business for over a decade, producing more than 1,000 residential and small commercial plans that helped my small town grow. That hands-on, technical foundation still shapes how I evaluate homes today — giving me insight into a property's potential that goes beyond the surface.
My path into real estate began with nine years providing research support and operations management for a national real estate productivity coaching program, where I collected and analyzed customer experience data to help improve agent performance.
