Zane Marfiak

Hello! My name is Zane Marfiak. I have lived in the beautiful city of Jacksonville since 2003. It’s grown so much, and I am proud to be a resident. Over the years I have lived in San Marco, Jacksonville Beach, and on the Southside. I have been working and investing in Jacksonville real estate since 2009. I manage a large portfolio of single family, condo, and multi-family units for both seasoned and novice landlords. I love working with buyers and sellers in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. I treat my clients like family and deliver a level of customer service which surprises most. I have successfully facilitated over 100 real estate transactions and hundreds of residential leases. I graduated from Florida State University in 2003 with a double major in Multinational Business Operations and Marketing. Prior to real estate I worked in financial management for Merrill Lynch.
