We met Zanne by chance through Zillow and have worked with her several times since. She sold our property in Great Falls within 2 days. We call her our lucky charm! Zanne’s use of all marketing mediums were impressive and she certainly has an expert handle on the use of social media as a marketing tool.

Zanne’s knowledge of all aspects of the realty market is second to none whether you need her for buying, selling or renting. We have used her services for all three of these. She was able to guide us through each process with speed, honesty and good humor. In fact it was her unflappable attitude during all parts of each process that was amazing. She was able to keep us calm and focused. Zanne’s timelines for everything were a life-safer!

One thing that stood out during all transactions was Zanne’s ability to communicate effectively with the sellers/buyers/landlords. There was no drama or last minute surprises. Each transaction was painless and I attribute that directly to Zanne’s sunny disposition as she confidently navigates her way through the different aspects of the various real estate processes. She obviously loves her job!

I should also mention that the network of people that Zanne has connected to for her business are excellent, too. We have used a number of these services and each has been top notch.

From the very start, Zanne was on a mission to find my family the perfect home. We had a list of needs, like everyone does, and Zanne went out of her way to ensure our list of needs was met. Even on days that I had to work a bit later in the office, Zanne made the time to meet us after work in the evening to show us a home. My husband and I decided to put our house on the market during the housing frenzy…and had committed to working with a friend of ours who was a realtor in the area. In anticipation of selling our house quickly, we started to look around for our next home. Our listing agent felt our chances of winning in a competitive environment with any kind of contingent offer was pretty much non existent, and therefore discouraged us from even looking at places until our house was under contract. I know what she was saying was most likely true, but as a mom of three little girls under the age of 4, I felt like I needed to try! It would have been a big hardship to be displaced for a few months while we negotiated a deal after having already closed on our current home. We just felt like we needed to find someone who was willing to take a chance with us.

We continued to watch the market on our own, scouring Zillow and realtor.com for every new listing that posted. It was during that search that we stumbled across a property that Zanne was representing. We inquired about the home late at night, and got a response right away. We started chatting about what we were looking for, how we were nervous about finding something, being able to compete with other buyers, and move our family of 5 in without having to rent an apartment in between moves.

Zanne just simply said, let’s give it a shot! She was willing to go to bat with us. Even if we weren’t able to present the most appealing offer, with no contingencies, she was willing to get creative. Write love letters. Advocate for us. Go out on all day showing tours with our three kids in tow. Get us in before homes hit the market. Take us back for second looks. Write offers on houses sight unseen…until finally, we walked in to THE ONE! The perfect house for our family. She fought tooth and nail during the contract negotiations, late a night…and helped us secure the home!

Every step of the way, she has impressed us with her hard work and thoughtfulness. She filled our fridge with treats for the girls during move in day. Helped meet contractors on site when we couldn’t. The only mistake we made was not using her on the listing side as well.

If you are in need of an agent, scoop up this one! She will not disappoint!

After 5 moves from apartments to rental homes, and switching schools multiple times for my children. My husband and I, dreamed of being home owners and providing stability for our family for what seems like forever.

Its true what they say, buying a home is stressful, and boy did it give me anxiety at times. With that being said, I can not imagine what the whole experience would of been like, had we not had Zanne’s support. We found Zanne when we requested from a Website to go look at a house where my significant other and I can start looking at homes to get an idea of what we want in a home. Quite frankly, we weren't really in the market, all we wanted to do was just dip our toes in the water and get a feel for things. Well Zanne showed up, greeted us, greeted our kids, she had her mask on, just all around very professional from the beginning. She walked us into the home explained to us in detail about what the house had on the inside and some potential renovations that we could do if we were to buy the home. She took out a Welcome folder where she had paperwork for us to fill out at home and paperwork that explained the whole process of home buying. She was very attentive to our questions and very open with us. From that point on my significant other and I decided that we were going to go all in and start looking for a home with Zanne as our agent. She made us feel so comfortable to the point that we decided than and there that we were all in! Now as far as being our agent, everyday for about a month and half, she was sending us different homes to look at, from Fredericksburg, Virginia, all the way to Northern Maryland. Even as far west as West Virginia! No matter how far these homes were Zanne always said yes to looking at any home we wanted. She was such a tremendous help and really engaged with us throughout this whole experience. After finally settling on a home, the entire process from filling out the paperwork to closing on the home, it all had gone smoothly with no hiccups. Now after purchasing the home, I feel every other Agent would forget about you and move on to the next, nope not Zanne! She still kept in contact with us regarding our move, making sure we were settled, and she's even sent us gifts welcoming us to our new home, even thought she didn't have to, but she did! I submitted a question about a property online, received several robo-emails and calls from people which I could tell were not personalized. Zanne was a pleasure to work with. She sold a house for me after my husband passed away in 2018. This house was custom built by him with a lot of high end finishes in an area of the county that has a lot of lower priced housing. We consulted for months planning the repairs and the marketing that would be necessary. After my adult child and family moved out of the house and in to their new house we put our plan in action and BOOM! Sold the house in 28 days during a pandemic in a tough area! Zanne educated herself on well and septic systems, but most of all her online marketing techniques and skills were on point.
